We wish to share with you the exciting news that Churches
Together in Epsom (CTiE), are partnering with Hope into Action (HIA) to
launch a new project in Epsom that will provide some much-needed
additional housing for homeless people and vulnerable adults.
Hope into Action (www.hopeintoaction.org.uk)
launched in 2010 with a vision to provide homes for the most vulnerable
in society in partnership with local churches. They have now helped to
establish 50 homes nationwide and were named one of
Public Service Award winners in 2017.
“What I really admire about Hope into Action is that it has a holistic
depth to it.
Hope into Action allows people in our churches to recognise
they can actually do something.”
Rev Dr Rowan Williams
Churches Together in Epsom have been active in supporting the Epsom
Council in dealing with the homeless problem in our Borough and we
believe that our partnership with Hope into Action will help to take
this a significant step further.
